Current status
Live online payment is not yet enabled. When checkout becomes available, the checkout page will show the applicable refund conditions, time windows and processing rules. If a checkout term conflicts with this page, the terms presented and accepted at purchase will govern that purchase.
Duplicate charges or technical billing errors
If a duplicate charge, incorrect amount or entitlement-delivery error occurs, submit the order information through the contact page. We will review the payment record and handle confirmed billing errors.
Consumed third-party service costs
Some AI Visibility operations may incur non-reversible third-party costs when you actively run them. Once commercial billing is enabled, services that have already been executed and consumed may not qualify for a full refund. The checkout terms will state the applicable rule.
