Data we collect
When you create an account, we store your account email, password hash, account status and plan information. When you use the product, we may store submitted website URLs, project settings, audit results, reports, monitoring questions, alerts, order records and information you voluntarily submit through support forms.
Website audit data
To perform an audit, our servers may access public pages, robots.txt, Sitemaps and other public resources on the website you submit. Live AI Visibility features may send the monitoring questions, brand name and competitor information required for that feature to third-party AI or search services.
WordPress connector
The WordPress connector uses a one-time pairing code to establish a connection. The platform stores a hash of the long-term connection token rather than your WordPress administrator password. Deployment tasks enter the queue only when you explicitly send them from the repair center.
How we use data
Data is used to provide audits, reports, history, alerts, deployments, account support, abuse prevention, security and product operations. Account passwords are not stored in plain text.
Retention and deletion
Project and audit history may remain available while the account exists so the product can show trends. Deleting a project removes the main project data associated with it. Legal, payment or security records may be retained longer where required.
Third-party services
Some capabilities depend on external providers. Those providers may process the information required to complete the specific request under their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to send only the information needed for the requested function.
